Ecological Transition and Sustainable Development

This course examines the climate crisis through scientific, cultural, and social lenses. Students explore how knowledge about the environment is constructed, analyzed, and communicated, while investigating biodiversity, the Anthropocene, and energy systems. Interdisciplinary discussions, presentations, podcasts, and music highlight ecological transitions, sustainability, and Indigenous perspectives. The course emphasizes critical thinking and collective reflection on pathways toward a just and sustainable future.
